These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website www.pedrovs.com ("Website"), managed by Pedro VS, an independent cost reduction consultant ("Pedro VS"). By browsing the Website, the user ("User") accepts these conditions. If the User does not agree, they must refrain from using the Website.

In the event of a dispute, the Judicial Court of the District of Lisbon (Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Lisboa) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any applicable mandatory legal provisions.
